Coding Expert

**Pay:** $50-$120 per hour (USD). **Job Title:** Coding Expert **Job Type:** Contractor **Location:** Remote **Job Summary:** In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Review and refine AI-generated code for quality, accuracy, and best practices across multiple languages. 2. Create and solve coding problems, ensuring diverse and challenging datasets. 3. Develop comprehensive test cases to evaluate code correctness and performance. 4. Provide clear reasoning and detailed written feedback to enhance AI model learning. 5. Collaborate with the customer’s team to identify areas for improvement in code evaluation processes. 6. Document findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation frameworks. 7. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, ensuring clarity and professionalism. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** 1. Expertise in any language Python, JAVA, GoLang, .NET, Typescript, JavaScript, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, etc. 2. Strong problem-solving skills with experience tackling a wide range of coding challenges. 3. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English. 4. Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing code and providing feedback. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products for documentation and collaboration. 6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. 7. A passion for quality, accuracy, and continuous learning. **Preferred Qualifications:** 1. Prior experience in code review, technical writing, or educational content creation. 2. Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or related model evaluation processes.
