    Whole-site design refresh — new navy/indigo palette, Geist type, gradient ribbon hero on marketing surfaces, redesigned dashboard and applications tracker. Server logic untouched — purely visual. If anything feels broken, tell us.

    Resume-ranked saved searches

    Saved searches can now rank matching jobs by resume-fit instead of newest-first. Requires a parsed resume on file. Toggle lives on the saved-search edit page.

    Candidate pipelines (recruiter beta)

    Named hiring workflows with per-pipeline stages. Default stages (Sourced → Screening → Offer → Placed) are seeded automatically. Kanban view on the detail page. Drag-drop is queued for a future release.

    Opt-in talent pool for recruiters

    Job seekers can now mark themselves discoverable to recruiters from their profile. Recruiters on any tier can search the pool by skill and seniority. Contact details stay private until the candidate replies.

    Saved-search alerts can now be posted to a Slack channel in addition to (or instead of) email. HMAC-signed unsubscribe links. Per-search channel selection.

    Eighth ingestion source: Jobicy

    Jobicy added to the hourly ingestion pipeline, bringing the total to eight sources (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, RemoteOK, Remotive, Himalayas, Jobicy, Arbeitnow). Active job count is up ~11% week-over-week.

    Stale job cleanup

    Jobs that disappear from their source for 48+ hours are now automatically marked inactive. Prevents the aggregator rot that makes other job boards unusable.

    Unsubscribe link security hardening

    Saved-search alert unsubscribe links now use HMAC-signed tokens with 30-day expiry. Old links continue to work for a transition period. No user action required.

    Application tracker

    New /applications surface. Track every job you apply to through named stages (Saved → Applied → Interviewing → Offer → Accepted / Rejected / Withdrawn) with notes, reminders, and a funnel summary on your dashboard.

    Faster job page rendering

    Job detail pages now render in ~60ms p95, down from ~180ms. We pre-compute similar-role suggestions during ingestion instead of at request time.
