Job boards stopped working a while ago. The good ones got acquired and rotted. The aggregators filled up with stale listings, reposts, and clickbait that sent you to a login wall instead of an apply button. Half the boards calling themselves “remote-first” were sneaking in hybrid roles from companies that had quietly reversed course.
At the same time, hiring teams were drowning in irrelevant applications because the matching side had the same rot. Candidates sprayed résumés, recruiters drowned, and nobody was actually served.
So we built the tool we wanted: ingest every real remote listing, once per hour, from the sources worth ingesting from. Rank them against whatever the candidate actually has. Give recruiters a quiet CRM that respects the candidate's privacy. Keep the surface area small enough to stay trustworthy.
No hybrid roles smuggled in with clever wording. Every listing is vetted as fully-distributed or fully-remote — or it doesn't make the cut.
