As an Interview Engineer, you will create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations. These skills are critical to hiring and managing teams in startups and large enterprises. As a Karat Interview Engineer, you will: - **Interview—** Facilitate an interview through Karat's platform.
