$100,000 - $120,000 a year

Akicita Federal, LLC is a growing 8(a) small business serving federal agencies. We're looking for someone who has been the go-to contact for a federal client: the person the agency calls first, who knows the program, the people, and what's coming next.

What you'll do

Own relationships with agency program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors
Spot upcoming requirements, recompetes, and expansion opportunities early
Bring warm opportunities into our pipeline and help shape our responses
Serve as the main point of contact on awarded contracts, keeping clients happy and performance strong
Partner with our proposal and recruiting teams to win and staff new work

What you bring

5+ years as a program manager, account manager, contracts manager, or similar client-facing role on federal contracts
Established, good-standing relationships with one or more federal agencies. Tell us which ones.
Experience with 8(a) or small business contracting
Mid-career and ready to build something bigger at a smaller, faster company
Comfortable using AI tools to work efficiently
