**Job Summary:** In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage, structure, and curate large-scale e-commerce product catalogs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Develop, implement, and refine product taxonomy frameworks to simulate real-world e-commerce classifications and browsing experiences.
• Normalize and map product data sourced from diverse databases, applying best practices in structured dataset management.
• Create and model realistic shopping scenarios that reflect authentic consumer behavior and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to define data needs and optimize catalog structures for scalable AI training.
• Ensure strict adherence to data quality, integrity, and normalization standards within SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Document workflows, taxonomies, and metadata structures with clear, concise written communication.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Demonstrated experience in product catalog management and e-commerce merchandising operations.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL database concepts, schema design, and product data modeling.
• Strong command of product taxonomy development, categorization, and data normalization methods.
• Deep understanding of structured dataset management, including large and complex e-commerce catalogs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document processes and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience building data-driven shopping experiences and simulating consumer journeys.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Previous involvement with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
• Experience with scalable catalog schema design for diverse online marketplaces.
• Background in creating advanced metadata structures or contributing to AI training initiatives.
