Associate Dean for Research

**This is an Internal Employment Opportunity** **The College of Business is seeking an Associate Dean for Research. This is a part-time (0.50 FTE), 9-month, professional faculty position.** This is a leadership position with the primary responsibility and accountability to inspire tenured/tenure-track faculty to achieve the research mission and vision of the College and University. This leadership position will provide advice and strategic recommendations to the Dean and collaborate and coordinate with College Leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality business education. This position will mentor and assist tenured/tenure-track faculty members in achieving their research and service goals and career aspirations. The College of Business is committed to maintaining and enhancing its diverse, collaborative community that strives for equity and inclusivity. All faculty and staff members are responsible for helping to ensure that these goals are achieved and should be able to demonstrate contributions to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Such contributions can be part of teaching, advising, research, service, and/or professional development.
